The gym offers a range of equipment and services to assist you in achieving your goals.
- There is a full range of free weights and resistance machines suitable for any trainer.
- Cardio vascular section with equipment including bikes, rowing machines, cross trainers and treadmills.
- An abdominal / stretch area.
- An aerobic studio including boxercise and boxing area. See the class timetable for a class to suit you needs.
